Night Owl is a brand-new luxury cabin located within the new division Cedar Hills. This stunning cabin is nestled deep in a secluded cul-de-sac and situated directly in front of a tree farm, providing seclusion and amazing views of nature from the comfort of the back porch.
As you walk in the door you are greeted with a culinary kitchen and walls of windows. The open floor plan makes it easy for the whole family to be together while eating, playing games, or relaxing in front of the stone fireplace. The kitchen features quartz counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances (including a wine fridge). There are 2 king suites, with individual bathrooms featuring spacious vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in showers. Each bedroom also features 55-inch smart TVs. Upstairs you will find a loft that many can enjoy a board game, puzzle and/or poker. The downstairs bunk room offers an ample opportunity for fun and competition with a game console and foosball. Outdoor games provided include: corn-hole, horseshoes, yard Yahtzee & our family favorite, a Bocce-ball court.
Outdoor living is key at this cabin. Downstairs, you can access the large porch that faces the thick/lush tree farm, with a good book and/or beverage of choice. There you will find a cozy place to sit in front of the beautiful outdoor fireplace. There is also a grill, outdoor dining table to enjoy meals, or soak in a covered hot tub situated in front of the outdoor TV and fireplace. In addition, a stone fire pit for roasting smores and a play structure are certainly kids’ favorites. We hope that you will love this cabin as much as we do. “We really loved this cabin! Came up from Dallas for my daughter’s 14th birthday and we had a blast! Everything about this cabin was perfect. I specifically loved the decor, lot and location. If you’re looking for a private/secluded property, “Night Owl” is definitely it! The location is conveniently close to town and Beaver Bend State Park as well. “The Night Owl house was fabulous. House was well decorated & very clean. The yard activities & hot tub were great for adults & children, there were plenty of towels for the hot tub.
